Payment and Confirmation

Full payment is required when your order is placed. Your order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your order for a full refund up to 72 business hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time. Holidays, annual vacation periods and other days when C'est La Vie is closed are excluded when calculating this period.

Your exact cancellation deadline will be displayed before payment and in your order confirmation.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline are non-refundable because ingredients may have been purchased and preparation may already have begun.

Changes to guest count, menu selections, pickup time or delivery details are subject to availability and may affect the final price.

If C'est La Vie is unable to fulfill your confirmed order, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
